Tired of Yelling, Bribing, or Battling with Your Kids?

Discover a Calmer, More Connected Way to Parent.

How to be a Calm, Present and Positive Parent Online Course

A self-paced Positive Parenting course that helps you handle meltdowns, defiance, and power struggles, so you can raise confident, cooperative kids without losing your cool.

You love your kids — but some days, it feels like every moment is a battle.

You’ve tried everything: staying calm, reasoning, bribing with sweet treats, threatening “No screen time if you don’t listen!” Yet it still takes 30 minutes just to leave the house.

You’re tired of the constant sibling squabbles, the emotional meltdowns, and the endless negotiating. You’re drained from juggling work, housework, and life admin while trying to be a patient, present parent. And you’ve probably read the books and listened to the podcasts, only to find that what “should” work… doesn’t.

You want a calmer, happier home, but without spending thousands on private coaching or hours scrolling through conflicting advice online.

That’s exactly why I created How to be a Calm, Present and Positive Parent — an easy-to-follow, online parenting course that gives you the tools, strategies, and mindset to:

  • Respond calmly (even when emotions run high)

  • Get your kids to listen without yelling, threats, or bribes

  • Build a more respectful, connected relationship with your child

  • Create a peaceful, cooperative home that feels like a team

You don’t need to be a perfect parent — just a more present one.
Let’s help you bring more peace, confidence, and joy back into parenting, and into your life.

The Positive Parent Coach

Parent Coach and Early Years specialist with over 17 years of experience in education, psychology and child development.

Hi I’m Olivia, The Positive Parent Coach. I'm a Mum of 3 children; aged 8, 5 and 4, so I know first hand how challenging raising a child can be. I started my private coaching practice 6 years ago after leaving an Educational Psychology post working for my local council. As much as I loved supporting children and their families, I knew I could reach more people and have a greater impact by providing coaching support to parents wanting to feel calmer, more connected and confident in the parenting approach they were using.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families to strengthen their relationships, build skills for life and create more harmonious homes.

  • I've spoken at two global events

  • Published two scientific papers on attachment and transitions

  • Been featured in numerous national and international publications sharing how parents can develop a more positive parenting approach.

So you can be reassured you’re in great hands!
