Positive Parenting Coaching |Packages
These are the most cost effective coaching packages for parents looking for support lasting more than 2 weeks.
The Basics
An initial Consultation via zoom lasting 90 minutes where we discuss any challenges being faced, explore reasons behind these and strategies for positive change.
Comprehensive Action Plan containing my approach to Positive Parenting, the science behind it all, what we discussed in your consultation and action points for change
My Positive Parenting Manual containing the 6 C’s of parenting in detail
6 weeks of support from me including accountability, progress checks, adapting strategies and help and advice via email.
A follow up progress call via zoom lasting 45 minutes to discuss how things are going
A follow up email outlining any additional pointers for change and summarising the call

Family Package

The Breakthrough
An initial Consultation via zoom lasting 90 minutes where we discuss any challenges being faced, explore reasons behind these and strategies for positive change.

10 weeks of access to support from me including accountability, progress checks, adapting strategies and help and advice via email.
3 follow up progress calls, via zoom, lasting 45 minutes each to discuss how things are going
3 follow up emails outlining any additional pointers for change and summarising the meetings/calls
Opportunity for support in liaising with other professionals such as a nursery setting or school, to ensure everyone working with your child is on the same page and consistent in their approach
Specific Support for helping children with SEN, Attachment, or Behaviours related to unique events in the child’s life
(Worth over £1200) Cost to you- £780
Lots of parents share with me that in order to effectively implement the strategies outlined in their written plan, they would like ongoing WhatsApp support from myself. I can offer this as an additional service available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, where parents can contact me on WhatsApp for direct, in the moment support and advice. This might be in the form of voice notes or written examples of things to do or say in order to successfully navigate a situation with their child. This helps parents with a deeper level of accountability and understanding of how to implement strategies in the moment. One off coaching sessions
I provide a one off Session (via zoom) which involves either a 45 minute or a 90 minute coaching consultation followed by emailed pointers for change.
Please note there is no comprehensive action plan or follow up session unless you decide to add this on afterwards* - Cost £120 (45 minutes)/ £180 (90 minutes)
*Additional Follow up involving another 45 minute session plus email pointers for change - Cost £80 (Comprehensive action plans are only available via my coaching packages)
