Whether you’re navigating meltdowns, big emotions, or just want to feel less alone — the Membership Hub is your one-stop space for parenting with purpose and heart.

Are You Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and like you're failing as a parent? You're not alone.
If every day feels like a battle, with big emotions, constant power struggles, or never-ending meltdowns, you’re likely parenting a strong-willed or sensitive child who experiences the world more intensely. Whether your child is Neurodivergent or not, if you recognise some of the behaviours below it’s definitely worth considering if they are a Deep Feeler. Why? Because traditional parenting approaches don’t work for these kids and can actually make the situation worse. This leaves parents feeling lost, fed up and even more disconnected from their kids.

Does your child show:

  • 💥 Strong will and constant pushing back

  • 🚫 Resistance to boundaries, even when you're consistent

  • 😭 Intense emotions that seem to escalate out of nowhere

  • 🏁 Struggles with not winning, losing, or not being first

  • 🔁 Fixation on things you've said no to

  • ⚖️ A deep sense of fairness and big reactions to perceived injustice

It’s not because you’re doing it wrong, and it’s not because there’s something “wrong” with your child. You both just need the right tools and support. This space is here to help you understand your child’s reactions and learn how to respond with calm, confidence, and connection, even in the toughest moments.

As a busy Mum of 3 highly creative, strong willed and deeply feeling children you can be reassured I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and experience meltdowns, fights and ‘selective hearing’! Not only do I have the personal experience of how hard situations can be to navigate, I’m also a certified and globally recognised trauma informed coach which means when I work with families I help them through a nervous system approach - absolutely vital for Children who feel deeply, need more time to process things or who struggle with demands.

I have supported thousands of families to develop a stronger relationship between parent and child, empowered parents to feel confident in the approach they’re using and given them tools to support their child’s skill development not only in those tricky moments but for the rest of their lives! You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s make parenting feel more manageable, more meaningful, and far less overwhelming.
